Falcon city of Wonders is an iconic project in Dubai that ties the past, present and future in a single thread. Covering 41 million sq. ft of land, it is designed as a recreation of the seven wonders of the world and includes a vast variety of sub-projects like residential villa communities, luxury hotel apartments, a theme park, a mall, commercial facilities, sports venues, family recreation centres and educational institutes.

The development of Falcon City of Wonders features a 42-million-square-footlarge plot shaped like a falcon. It represents the UAE’s national emblem and is in line with the country’s vision to expand Dubai’s tourism sector.

Falcon city has more than 50 nationalities and 2000 happy families already residing within the community, making it one of the most culturally vibrant places to live in, complementing the emirate of Dubai for its rich cosmopolitan populace. Some of the internationally themed sub-communities in the Falcon City of Wonders include Western Residence North, Western Residence South and Eastern Residences Villas (North and South).

Western Residence South was developed in the first phase and occupies the southern part of the development’s western wing. It has 215 villas as well as 131 townhouses. Three-bedroom semi-detached villa features New World theme influenced by North American style.

Falcon city is the only project in the world that is going to masterfully recreate the ancient icons with a modern twist. From Taaj Arabia to Pyramids Park, each wonder is designed as a purpose-built monument. Falcon city has two easy access routes, connecting with all the emirates through the Dubai’s brilliant road network of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street.
